In order to finalize your wedding date and officially book Hope Taylor, 50% of your chosen package price is due upon booking along with the signed contract. All payments and paperwork can be done online for your convenience! The remaining 50% of your wedding package is due four weeks before your wedding date.

Absolutely! If you choose to add additional hours of coverage or albums to your package after booking, the totals will be added to your second invoice due four weeks before the wedding date. If you would like to add something to your package, it must be added before your second invoice is due.

Even if you have already had engagement photos taken, an engagement session with your wedding photographer is a vital part of the process. It allows you to get to know one another, get comfortable working together and prepare for the wedding day. Additionally, the engagement session is complimentary within the wedding photography package and does not affect the price of your package.
What if we don’t need an engagement session or already had our photos done?

If your wedding is outside of 60 miles of Fredericksburg, VA, a mileage cost of $0.51/mile will be added to your package price. If your wedding is more than 2.5 hours outside of Fredericksburg, VA, Hope Taylor requires a hotel room for the night of the wedding. If your wedding is a destination wedding that requires a flight or other travel accommodations, it will be priced on an individual basis.
